How to Use the Presentation Timer

Getting started with this presentation timer takes about 30 seconds. Type in your first speaker's name and set their time limit. Hit the plus button to add more speakers to the lineup. You can reorder them by dragging, or remove anyone with a single click.

Once your speaker list is ready, hit Start. The timer begins counting down for the first presenter. The screen stays green while there's plenty of time left. When roughly 25% of the time remains, it shifts to yellow as a gentle nudge to start wrapping up. When time runs out, the screen turns red.

If you've enabled auto-advance, the timer automatically moves to the next speaker after a short buffer. Otherwise, you can manually advance whenever the current presenter finishes. You can also pause at any point if someone needs an extra moment or if there's a question from the audience.

This works great on a projector or shared screen so the whole room can see the countdown. Students and speakers appreciate knowing exactly how much time they have left without someone waving at them from the back of the room. Teachers love it because it removes the uncomfortable job of cutting someone off mid-sentence.
