Where are my account settings?

Your account settings live in the Settings dialog, which you open from your dashboard. From there you can change the interface language and, in the Danger zone, delete your account. Your name and avatar are part of your profile and are edited separately.

Settings: change your language, or delete your account.

Change the app language

Open Settings and pick a language from the dropdown to switch the interface. flat.social supports several languages, including English, Polish, Korean, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, French, and German. Your choice applies right away.

Update your name and avatar

Your display name, username, and avatar are part of your profile, not the Settings dialog. You change them in your profile settings, which also let you pick your camera and mic. See Name & avatar for the full walkthrough.

Sign out

Use the sign-out option in your dashboard menu to log out of flat.social. Signing out leaves your account and your flats untouched; it just ends the session on that device. To remove your account entirely, see Delete your account.

Run a flat? Manage it separately

Account settings cover you as a person. The settings for a flat you own (rooms, branding, access, roles) live in that flat. See the Organizer guide.
