How do I add branding to my flat?
To brand your flat, open Settings and go to Look & Feel. There you upload a logo and set the appearance of your space. A logo at the top of your lobby tells guests they are in the right place, which builds trust the moment your invite link loads.
Branding applies to the whole flat. To style individual rooms, see Customize rooms.
How to upload your logo
- 1Open Look & Feel
Go to Settings and open the Look & Feel section.
- 2Choose your logo file
Click Upload logo and select a square image at least 200x200 pixels. PNG is recommended so a transparent background looks clean.
- 3Crop it
Use the built-in crop tool to frame the logo, then confirm. Flat.social saves it to your flat right away.
- 4Replace or remove it later
Come back any time to click Change logo for a new file, or Remove to clear it.
Logo specs that look good
For a sharp logo, use a square image at least 200x200 pixels. PNG is the best format because it supports a transparent background, so your mark sits cleanly on any color. The crop tool helps you center the image before you save.
A larger source image scales down well, so when in doubt, upload the higher-resolution version.
Your logo sets the top-level brand, but the full effect comes from styling each room. Match a room background and lighting to your colors for a space that feels designed, not generic.
Make branding part of the welcome
Guests form an impression before they say a word. A clear logo, a consistent color across your lobby categories, and a room that matches your event tell people this space was made for them. Set the logo once and it carries across every room in your flat.
